As a part of the network migration process, we must confirm clearing firm�s device and application data. It is very important that you complete the firm migration information form that was previously sent to you.  If you have not already told us separately via e-mail, we also need to confirm the devices you are using and the number of IP addresses we will need to assign to your firm. We want to assign and set-up your IP addressing information as soon as possible, to ensure all firms are able to make the May 16^th deadline for completing conversions.
